Queen City Rowing is one of the top sculling teams in the Midwest area. We have qualified boats to USA Nationals and medaled at all Midwest regattas. Walnut Hills students enjoy learning to row in the fall and enjoy a community that allows them to have fun and experience an Olympic competitive sport.
QCRC’s fall details:
• Practices: Monday - Friday 3:30 - 5:30 PM
• Official start date is: 8/25.
• Car pooling is available from Walnut to QCRC’s marina
• Fall is a great season for new kids
• Open to Grades 6th and up.
• QCRC provides boats, oars, safety equipment, launches, coaching
• Rowers use the Little Miami and Ohio Rivers
• Regatta schedule - Please check our website
• Cost: $495.00 - Does not include regatta fees, hotels, uniforms, meals, transportation of boats to regattas
