Review “How to Prepare for Tryouts” located on the Walnut Hills High School website under Athletics. If you already have a Final Forms account, login to check your eligibility. If you do not have an existing Final Forms account or you submitted your last physical before July 29, 2025, have your physician or a health care professional complete an OHSAA Physical Form and upload it to your Final Forms account BY JULY 26. This step must be completed in order to participate in tryouts on July 29. The tentative location(s) for tryouts are: July 29 (Avon Fiel Fields) and July 30 (Reeves). Players are responsible for their greens fees, we strongly suggest purchasing a YGA card for discounted CRC rates (see links). The final roster will consist of: 6 Varsity golfers and 8 Junior Varsity golfers. Please be familiar with the USGA Rules of Golf before tryouts.
